UberEats & Spur ****

I placed an order order via uberEats at Spur, Falcon Peak and never recieved the order. Instead the driver was rude and told me that he was waiting at the gate for over 10mins whereas the app shows that the order was completed at 11:54 yet the first time i called when i noticed he was not at the gate was 11:57. When i called spur, they told me that there is nothing they can do when the order has been taken from them. I tried to call Uber eats and I dont get a clear explanation from them. The items bought cost round about R400. I need spur to track down my order and give the details of the driver as I believe that the store has the information of the driver.
