U pleasant experience with loud music

"I was excited to dine at this halaal Spur, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the extremely loud music. The volume was so high that it was difficult for me to even think, let alone enjoy my meal in peace.

What disappointed me most was that the staff seemed oblivious to the disturbance, and didn't appear to think it was an issue. As a customer, I felt like I was sitting in a nightclub rather than a family-friendly restaurant.

I hope that in future, the management will take steps to create a more pleasant dining atmosphere, with background music that is actually background, not overpowering."
