Two for Two: 2-4-2

<p> As a business based in an industrial area we were excited to learn that Copper Canyon Spur in Lambton delivers to our area (few eateries deliver). Our first order: although the order was read back and confirmed, there was an item omitted on both the order and the bill. Our second order: only half of one of the meals was delivered; burger delivered, no chips&onion rings. When ordering in for management and/or a meeting with clients, it is embarrassing when one person couldn't continue with their meal (also the most pedantic of all the people wrt food), while everyone else completed theirs. No matter that Spur sent out the chips & onion rings, it was too late. The order should be checked as it is packed. Very sloppy service. Offer on-line ordering if your staff can't get it right verbally over the telephone.</p>
