Treated unpleasantly at Spur Jabulani Mall

On the 27th of Feb 2021 it was my daughter 1st birthday we decided to go book at Spur Jabulani mall and they told us they fully booked we can do walk in on that day we got there round about 2 pm qued outside due to covid regulations the was a table reserved for some people we qued till 4 pm that table reserved was still empty I asked for the manager if we could use the table cause it has been vacant for 2 hrs but they said no it's been reserved the que was getting longer outside it started to rain cats n dogs we finally got in squeezed ourselves we were a group of ten they placed us outside the tables were wet the kids were cold eventually round about 5 pm we were served food,took hours to come some of my guests decide to leave their service was soo poor we had to find our own sauces from other tables complain that cutlery wasn't delivered children's desert wasn't delivered until u went to the kitchen to demand it ☹️they didn't sing for my daughter every thing was so disorganised at spur felt very disappointed about their services and we left there at 7pm guess what that table they refused us was still vacant the customers didn't show up tried to speak to the manager when I was leaving but really he did not take me seriously I guess they promised to call even know I am still awaiting for their call my baby's 1st birthday was a nightmare all u wanted was to have lunch with family which ended up to supper
