Totally disgusting service

Worst experience of my life at Spur in Suncoast Casino in Durban, I have been to this spur on Sunday and have had the worst experience of my life, the noise, the *********** staff, a manager that has no care what so ever. 1. The automatic sliding door jammed a kids head while waiting to be seated and the mother advised a staff member who just brushed it off. 2. The rubber Matt at the same entrance is flapping over which customers are tripping on. 3. Table that we were seated at was so filthy, staff advised and just wipes it with an attitude. 4. We had like 10 different waitresses. 5. We got the wrong order. 6. The food was absolutely cold and rubbery. 7. The noise with staff screaming from the kitchen was so annoying everyone was complaining.

This is the worst spur I have been to and has put me off totally someone should do a visit as a mystery customer and feel what I have experienced. I am still in shock. I am a regular customer and my kids simply love eating at Spur, however I think this was my last visit. I normally eat at the Gateway Spur and I must say they really have good staff and managers who show care, unfortunately this has put me off from eating at Spur all togather.
