Top notche service

<p>On the 18 of July 2016 my aunt, niece and I visited the Spur Little Eagle in Alberton Mall of New Market. There was a long que as we were there after 18h00. I became agitated with this however lucky for us we were waited by a young gentlemen Bheki Luvuno waiter 29. I have been to the Spur Little Eagle and other Spur branches all over the country numerous times before however the experience this time was extra ordinary. Bheki was not just helpful; he was a blast of fresh air. This young man possesses characteristics of a genuine great service provider. Being in one of the largest aviation service industry I have spotted some of the most key necessities to being a service agent i.e. a waiter. He is very well spoken (outstanding communication s****s), fun and passionate. He has the ability to handle difficult customers such as myself with respect and appreciation. He was able to calm me down and proceed to serve me with a smile and welcoming attitude(great in working under pressure). Bheki had gone the extra mile with serving us. I wish there were trillions of such a soul at every spur. I wish he can motivate and show others such as himself that such service pays in the end . it pays not only with money, which of course is the key reason for our meeting , but it also pays with satisfied customers whom will call back again requesting for his service. So in other words he has created a clientele. Spur should be mindful of such individuals. I am not a happy customer , no, I am an extatic customer that will visit Spur Little Eagle on mostly Mondays when Bheki is on shift.
