Toledo Spur slipping in service and quality

Toledo Spur is really slipping First we get dinner menus at 9am in the morning from an assistant manager, then wait 15mins for a waiter to get horrible coffee and new menus. We then get brought our burnt toast, frozen butter and onion rings....10mins later the other manager came to ask if we were okay and we said we are still waiting for our breakfast and everything else is cold now. Eventually get our plates and new burnt onionrings. My eggs were over done and super oily and my 5 chips were ice cold. No one came to check on us and waited for the bill. She ran past and threw it down. We then walked to the front desk to pay where no one was assisting us, but 2 managers saw us standing. They were definitely not as busy as they have been in the past, so it wasn't a capacity issue, it is a pure service and quality issue.
