This woman is amazing

For some reason, Spur steak ranches never get my steak right. It doesnt matter which one i go to, I always have to send the steak back at least once so that it is cooked perfectly medium. On one such evening, at the Rosebank branch, I sent my steak back twice - the first time it was still very rare and the second steak was extremely well done. Finally, Livhu came to help. She oversaw the cooking of the steaks for my husband and I, and on that time, the steaks were perfectly cooked! Ever since, I always ask for Livhu to help. I have not since that day, had to send a steak back. We eat at the Rosebank spur at least once a month - simply because of Livhu's service. I am terrified of the day when she eventually has to leave. Good job Livhu! Thank you for the marvelous service with a smile- always, and for the perfect meals :)
