******* employed at Spur

I am writting this to complain with great dissapointment about the way Spur Ndola at Kafubu mall who employed *****s to ***** from customers, on the 04th of September we went to the restaurant and ate breakfast and Mulenga served us The time when we asked for the bill she came and told us that the printing machine was not working but our bill was K680 and I insisted to get a bill printed and after 2 minutes she came with of K675 and my wife suspected something as the waitress Mulenha was shaking she insisted to check the receipt and we found that there was an extra burger of K70 which was added on the bill and we knew nothing about it and she apologised and said we can pay less she never printed a new bill, today we went back again and we were fully aware of the same *****ing from customers that was happening. A lady who was serving us came with a bill that has another added amount of K35 and when we asked she also say it was a mistake. The way it is this thing has been a trend whereby a ***** employee will add other other food from your bill which you did not order and make you pay for what you did not eat. I was going there since thursday the 1st of September and I believe if it can be checked very well this thing has been happening even before I went there, I can just wonder how much more was ****** from me before I could realise.
