They should not be supported

I have no idea how they are still operating. Each and every staff member are not fit to do the job they choose to do at this branch. Managers, waiters, kitchen staff. Walk into an almost empty restaurant. Max 10 customers. Table of 4 and we order coffee. Takes 15 minutes before we receive our coffee. 4 x orders of Avo on Toast was placed. After 30 minutes we still have not received our food. When the food arrived the toast was cold and it was clear that it had been standing for a while.

I believe in giving any institution more than one opportunity, because things sometimes just goes wrong. This was the 3rd time in a row that we received appalling service.

It's very sad. After re-opening they provided excellent service and food. I will never return to them again.
