Theft

I went to Spur Forest Hill City Mall on Saturday 16 July. Our waiter advised the system is offline she cant swipe our spur card but she wrote the number down she will do it later. I just checked the transaction history now and there's nothing, my points are still the same!!! Let's do the right thing to a loyal customer and not sell lies!!!
