THEFT AND *********** MANAGERS WHO TAKE THEFT LIKELY IN THEIR BUSINESS

<p>I went to Spur in Brackenfell on sunday the 14th with my family since it was mothers day. when i got home i realised that my phone was missing, i went back to Spur to look for it. the staff members helped me look for it but we could not find it, my phone was on vibrate so it was ringing wherever it was but because it was not sound we could not hear it.</p> <p> i left my husbands number for them to contact us but no one called. on wednesday i went there and Leon whom was refered to me as the manager told me that he knew nothing about the matter so i requested for a footage for sunday afternoon because i know exactly what time i was there. He refused to show me and gave me a lame excuse of how he needed permission from the owner of the place. i again left my husbands number and the following day he called him saying the phone was found, someone had found the phone and put it in a locker but forgot to call us. My hubby went to fetch it and when we switched it on the phone was wiped clean, no images, contacs, documents and my simcard was missing.</p> <p>After work i took my valuable time again to find out how is it that their lockery is this advanced as to wipe out everything on my phone, and also i wanted the name of the person who "found" my phone, this time i was sent to a manager by the name of Chris whom i explain who i was and why i was there,, we were informed that Leon had already left for the day. </p> <p>Chris called Leon and afterwards asked to speak to us privately. He acknowledged faul play in all this but still refused to let us view the footage or give us the persons name. he asked us to allow them to discuss this matter privately with Leon and the culprit and promised to give us feedback with both him and Leon present on what was their findings and will show us documentation of what procedures will take will place regarding this matter.</p> <p>We left the phone, so that they can also show this culprit that indeed this phone was wiped. they(Both Leon and Chris, different times) called my husband the following day to let us know that the meeting will be at 5:30pm and that they did not get the sim card but they will pay whatever Telkom charges us for the sim swap as this is a contract phone., we ****en went there and not even a single one of them was there!!!! they left my phone with someone else, there is no documentation or explaination as to what transpired. they were BOTH not there. I do not understand what kind of managers would take theft in their business so lighlty, They are arrogant and disrespesctful and do not give a damn about their customers!!!</p>
