The worste experience

I have had the worste service from Suncoast Spur, my family and I had visted the Suncoast Spur for a Sunday lunch however I was appauled by the service I received from the waiter that attended to my family, the level of arrogance and disrespect was beyond belief, the waiter was definitely not trained in the customer courtesy field and that is fault on Spur management team, I will definitely not be visiting this Spur again or any other Spur for that matter because all the Spur staff are trained by a qualified trainer.
