THE WORST SPUR OF THEM ALL NAVAHO SPUR BRACKENFELL

<p>re NAVAHO SPUR - BRACKENFELL </p> <p>I think this is the worst Spur I've ever been to. The first time we went there (a month a go ) there. We wanted to order a bottle of red wine - the manager came and said sorry they have no red wine no red wine of any kind in stock - this is really a bad reflection. Also they made an Irish coffee - I think they over boil the coffee in the microwave and it was undrinkable.<br />The second time we went there - I found a piece of plastic in my onion rings - the manager cam and apologized and we did accepted that things like this happen.</p> <p>Ons Sataurday night I ordered a take away that I would pick up - my slip -02/07/2016 20:52 Table 112</p> <p>SO I wanted the baked potato with my burger - eventually when I got my order I had to ask where is my baked potato - it was only then that the manager said sorry they will give me chips they dint have baked potato. When I got home I realized I asked for extra cheese on my burger - I didn't get this . My mushroom sauce for the Goodie burger was not included - the patty had a funny smell as if it was a bit off (I asked for a medium rare patty) and last - the hot veg was really very bad the spinach was basically boiled with salt and pepper - it was very far from creamed spinach . When I called the Spur the waiter answered and at that moment only (not yet realized about the off patty or the cheese or the veg) complained about the mushroom sauce - the waiter rep**** he is sorry and I can come and get the mushroom sauce - not realizing that the effort to drive and waste all the petrol again for a mushroom sauce . I eat regular at the Spur and always liked going there - but now - I am really not sure I want to visit the spur again - specially not for dinner spending my hard earned cash in a restaurant that have terrible standards and don't care.</p> <p>I do feel this is totally unacceptable</p> <p>I very unhappy dissatisfied customer</p> <p> </p>
