The worst Spur birthday experience

I would like share a complaint about a dinner that I just had at the Spur at Silverstar Casino in Mulderdrift. When we arrived a waitress named Fikile took us to our table and we were a table of 6 but the waiter only gave us 4 menus. We let it go because we didn't mind sharing menus. Upon arrival we told FIKILE that it is our little sister's birthday and she ensured that they will sing for her. It is also important to note that the restaurant was not at all full, most of the tables were empty so there wasn't a reason for FIKILE to be *********** or to ask another waitress to help her. That being said she got another waitress to help her and this waitress got 3 out of 6 orders wrong meaning that it was never properly communicated. My mother asked for little basting sauce but her meat was drenched in sauce and my father asked for veg with his meal but it came with chips and onion rings and also the wings were undercooked which was just an annoying experience. FIKILE's entire demeanor was dismissive and this coming from someone who worked as a waitress, you handle your customers with care. She also had to be reminded of the birthday singing and in that moment she went to the table, THAT CAME AFTER US to sing for them and also proceeded to just throw the ice cream and sparkler onto our table without a care or even looking toward us. To make the night worse instead of coming to our table to give us the bill she just stood by the door and we literally had to stand up to go pay. If we were other people we would have just left the restaurant without paying but didn't. She was a horrible server, dismissive, confused and just plain rude. It made my little sister's birthday an unenjoyable experience.
