The worse meal ever

<p>On the 21st December myself, my wife and daughter went to the Eagle Canyon Spur at Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti.</p> <p>The waitron came to our table and we placed our order. She returned a few minutes later and I had to repeat the order. Our meals arrived but we had no knives and forks to eat with, (I had to go to the manager for the utensils), my dauther had ordered a bacon and Avocardo burger this arrived with no avo on it. My chicken salad arrived and I found three long hairs in it. My wife ordered a chichen quarter and salad. The chicken quarter arrived with no salad. The First manager I spoke to stated that they were very busy and that is why things were going wrong, But the senior manager intervined and he was very apologetic. But an apology does not correct the things that had gone wrong.</p> <p>Well what can you say, I hve been visiting the spurs all over the country, I have never had this bad service before. With the price that one has to pay now days for the food, one would think that you would get the service and quality of food that a person pays for. This experience that we had has convinced us to eat at other resturants that are available to us. An apology does not correct the bad taste that you have in your mouth!</p>
