The service last night lacked much to be desired

The service last night lacked much to be desired. We were seated at a table that had not been cleaned and there were no sauces either. The host who standing at the entrance was rude and impatient. We asked for arm bands for our 2 children for the play area and he simply dumped a pile of them onto the table. This is my second terrible experience at the Spur at Carnival City. The last time we had a rude waitress who didn't bother letting the kitchen know that I had asked for a non alcoholic drink and I was pregnant. She was so rude when we asked her to change the drink. Unfortunately Carnival City is not value for money
