The most horrible service 1 could never ask for.

<p>Good day,</p> <p>i would like to express my experince as spur customer for years,on the 28/11/2016,me and my wife went to spur in century city and around 21:05 and we ordered drinks at 21:15 together with the meal as we could see other tables were seatng without service as well,The waiter that did not have a name batch and without introduction and came to take the order as per time stated earlier.</p> <p>It was now 21:50 still without the drinks or food,the manager that was working at that section was Jason but not even ones did this gentleman come to our table to check on us,It was horrible and equally patheic service ever.We den decided to leave the store as the was no services i hope the cameras can be reviewed of that day service it wasnt just us but i am speaking for my self and those that dont know the channels to express themselves.dis is the good place for our kids above all our families but if such services continue then i wouldnt advice anyone for such a place.</p> <p>I kindly advice for this matter to be reviewed so as to meet the service starnard that we know spur is capable of but now this very very poor,horrible and horrifiying.</p> <p>Last but not least please and advice this waiters all around, that black people are also clients like anyone else even if some of them TIP and others DONT they deserve the same amount of respect and service like everyone else,this is not a racial issue but concern about things we see and meet out there.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
