The most disgusting service I've ever had with Spur

<p>On the 26 December 2016,</p> <p> </p> <p>I walked into Spur at Ottery Hyper with family just before 10:30am,</p> <p> </p> <p>We then ordered four bottomless coffees which arrived 20 minutes later, sure no problem for waiting 20 minutes even though the resturant was not busy at all, on arrival of our coffee we were then asked if we need sugar instead of it being offered, I then told the waiter " Yes please, we need sugar" this then took another 5 minutes to arrive if not longer.</p> <p> </p> <p>With being in the resturant for 40 minutes we were wondering if we would be getting a refill as we ordered bottomless coffe, the service became unbearing comparing it to the service the other tables were getting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then approached a lady who was dressed in a white spur jacket who seemed to be one of the seniors or part of the management of the resturant, I then quarried the service with her and quite frankly she didn't know how to handle the situaton, she told me that the kitchen does not have enough cups and sauces and the resturant is busy, Wondering if I was really just blind as the resturant was really not busy at all, as I argued with her putting her into a corner of questions she couldn't answer she then ditched me by saying she is going to check where our food is, wow. we weren't interested in our food or asked where our food is, we just wanted proper service.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 10 minutes the lady still haven't gotten back to us, I then decided to proceed by just walking out as I was really disgusted in the service, On exiting I then asked who the manager was, to my suprise i was indeed speaking to the manager who also didn't know how to handle the situation, very unsatisfied.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a regular spur customer the service I received from the Ottery Spur was above disgusting.</p>
