The most disastrous/disappointing/ disgusted experience!!!

Me and my partner decided to eat at Canal Walk’s Spur on Tuesday the 27th of February 2017. At this point we were already starving we were sat down in the smoking section where our waiter Ruan took a filthy placemat from a table that just finished their food and placed it on our table in front of me stil very dirty of the previous food order. Now I’m already upset and left it. When then asked to be moved to a different table as a corner(booth) table opened up he wiped the table with a filthy napkin and not a wet cloth we then ordered our food. More the 40 minutes passed and we are still waiting on our food another 10 minutes went by and we finally received our food. My partner ordered the rump steak with sweet potato fries and extra mushroom sauce the sweet potato fries were dried out and the steak was cold and no extra mushroom sauce. I ordered the chicken strip quesadillas my food was also cold and I had cheese quesadillas instead of chicken as there was no chicken on them. Our waiter then appeared and took the table next to us order we then. Asked him for the mushroom sauce he did not even look at us when we spoke to him he walked on and looked at the ground. Finally he brought the sauce we asked him for another beverage. Still no beverage we finished our food and asked the manager for the bill he then arrived with the closed beverage and the bill we told him we no longer want the beverage he said that it Cannot be removed from the bill even though it was still closed and unopened. We refused to pay for the beverage he then said he will be back never took the bill with him and never came back.

This was the last time Spur Canal walk will see me and believe me I will tell my friends and family of this disastrous experience and recommend a different restaurant to them. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
