The Horrific Quality of Food being Served

To whom it may concern:<br> <br> The following happened on the 10th of June 2015 at the Illinois Spur in Hatfield:<br> <br> So today my dad and I had lunch at Spur. We are regular customers at the Spur in Hatfield. So we ordered our food, and when it arrived it was like the fries just came out of the freezer, and the onion rings too. We complained to the manager, and waiter, and the waiter said that it is because they are not busy at the moment, then they cook the food beforehand, keep it warm and just serve it to the customers. Yet, our food was cold, and somewhat uncooked! Although they tried to cover it up, I still think that it is extremely unprofessional, and unwanted. <br> <br> We go to Spur because we want quality food and we pay for quality food. Then we obviously expect quality food and service. This has never happened at the Spur in Hatfield before, yet today's experience was horrible. Since Spur is one of the best restaurants, with the best food, I really think that they should consider the way they treat customers (especially regular customers) and the way they serve their food. <br> <br> I really hope that the Spur in Hatfield will do something, to avoid this from happening to other customers
