The face of KZN Spur

Service was appalling... As soon as I sat down, I enquired on how long my breakfast would take to be prepared as someone in my party was departing in 45min. I was ensured it would be 10-15min. 35min later, my breakfast arrives cold and 2 breakfasts missing. We were not attended to once after receiving our drinks. My table was full as nothing was cleared, I was eating over my lap. A party member had to leave half her breakfast behind as she had to board her flight. Unfortunately this is not the first time I received such bad service at the King Shaka Spur. For most people, this will be the first experience with Spur, you'd think the service would be better.. Is this really the face of Spur in KZN?
