The DA is offering terrible service with regard to refuse removal.

I have reported my ******* bin as ****** in December and have requested a new one. I have logged a query at Tshwane customer care and sent them all the necessary documents. I have called in, but they simply said they can do nothing and I should only wait. I have contacted the DA ward councillor directly and he did not assist. I escalated it to the constituency head, but am still not assisted.

In the mean time our yard looks like a garbage dump and we had to pay to get private garbage removal services, but this option is now no longer available due to the lockdown.
