The cooking of steaks

Hi<br> <br> I went to your steak ranche about a month ago when this happened. My mrs and I went on a Thursday which is 20% of all steaks day. Great offer well done. The waiter asked how we would like our steaks done and i said medium and my mrs said medium-well. My steak was perfect by my mrs steak was still \******\" if i can put it like that. It was not the greatest nights out i must admit.<br> <br> May i make a recommendation? Will it be possible for you to put a picture on your menu showing the level cooking i.e. Rare = pic, medium = pic, medium done = pic, done = pic, overdone = pic. That way we can see exactly what our preference is. "
