The best ever client service.

<p>On the 19th of April I took my family out for my wife's birthday and we ordered our food. I received my ribs as ordered and they were a little bit burned. I told the waitress on our way out and without any expectations The manager named Themba came to my table asked what was wrong and I showed him the ribs and he speedily resolved the matter and gave me well prepared ribs and apologised to me. He showed me great management s****s and great customer service which will always make me go to Spur Kathu. I say big Thanks to Themba and the waitress. Much appreciation.</p>
