Thank you Ms Nick Star

Excellent service for sure

So I had a meal at Southgate Spur and the ribs weren't so good, and I put in a complaint not long after a get alot of missed calls but because I work in a call Centre I'm unable to answer. So few minutes later I get a WhatsApp message, the manager introducing herself and I asked that she call me after 4:30 when I knock off. Long story short she is amazing. She then advises me to come and get a free meal, same meal and I agree but because I'm expecting too toted the first week but I go the following week. I get to Spur and there she is with a smile. She takes my order and I head off to McDonald's to get my kids food, whilst sitting at McDonald's here comes Nick Star abd brings my food all the way

Talk about service. Going the extra mile, I'm also in the service industry sbd Ms Nick Star has just made me feel obliged to up my customer service. I thank you man for being and going the extra mile, it us highly appreciated snd that's why I'll always come back. We easily complain but I want to sat thank you and thank you so much, you have a 5 star Manager Spur
