Thank you James & San Antonio Spur!

Dear Spur

Just a short note to say a huge thank you to JAMES at SAN ANTONIO SPUR!

One week ago, I decided on the spur of the moment to host a surprise birthday party for my son Uzayr who was turning 12. On Monday, 29 July, I took a walk to Spur and engaged with James, who listened quite attentively as I shared my ideas for the surprise party, my thoughts on the meals and obtained info on what Spur could offer me. He was so polite and helpful, and believe it or not, without much discussion, the menu was agreed and for every request I had, the answer was always “YES” or “DON’T WORRY MA’AM, I WILL SORT IT OUT.” I also asked if he or another staff member could receive the balloons for the party in my absence as it was delivered by another supplier, I asked if he could keep the cake as it would have been difficult to keep it away from my son, and he (James) was just so obliging!

True to these words, every thing went so smoothly. James offered us excellent service today. The orders for the kids was taken accurately and seamlessly, the food arrived quickly, the tables were cleaned promptly and thanks to Spur staff, the party was well executed. Everyone was so kind, so polite, so helpful!

James always had a smile on his face, he was always visible and constantly checked on us, no request was too big or too small and every one, including the kids had an amazing time! I am also giggling as I went to him to complain about something one of the guests had done, and he consoled me and offered me advise ????

The service I received from James and the staff he instructed today was the epitome of customer service and customer excellence. I am so impressed… so amazed… thank you Spur and most importantly, thank you James for making my son’s birthday so spectacular and so special!
