Terribly disappointed!!!!

My family and I visited the Spur at Goldreef City Casino on Saturday the 9th of June. We are regulars there, as we enjoy the movies there on a regular basis. I was quite shocked at the awful experience we had on this particular evening. Firstly the food was absolutely awful, my daughters chicken Burger was so dry and stringy she kept having to pull pieces out of her teeth. The buns we're so stale they we're falling apart in our hands, and the rest of the food left much to be desired. To add insult to injury, we saw our waitress when we arrived, got served our food and then when she brought our bill. She did not even ONCE ask if everything was OK. To top it off, my daughter tried to pay with her bank card an amount of R50, (as we paid cash for the balance and she wanted to pay for the R50), and the waitress charged her R500 INSTEAD. If my 14 year old daughters card had had sufficient funds and that transaction had gone through, who would have fixed this huge mistake??? When my husband pointed out her error she was very nonchalant about it, and didn't even apologize!!!!! Now this infuriates me, because it shows that the staff couldn't care less what they do, and have had zero training. This wasn't a R10 or R20 mistake. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted at this Spur AND it's staff. I will never go there again. Every other spur I have been to has been a pleasure. What has happened to the service? I Sincerely hope someone gets back to me with this regard.
