Terrible Take Away Disaster

I phoned to order from Spur (to pick up later, since they suddenly do not deliver anymore). I gave an order for a rib burger, a large coke, a side of chips and a side of onion rings. After 15 minutes I drove to Spur to collect the order. They gave me the slip, it only had 2 of the items on it. I explained that the order was wrong. The waitress took the slip from me without saying a word. After another 10 minutes had passed, she asked if I wanted to sit to which I rep**** that I do not understand why I have to wait this long since I called to order beforehand because I did not have time to wait! She went to the kitchen and came back to ask me if it was okay if she gave me a glass bottle of coke instead of the large machine coke I had paid for, for the same price. I said no since I had paid for a large coke. She went to call the manager, but on the way there, stopped to join the others to sing Happy Birthday to another customer. I finally got my order, got home, the rib burger order was wrong, there was no onion rings, it was in a cheap container instead of the usual spur box, the food was cold, there was no sauce, salt, cutlery or serviettes in the bag. This was not the first time!
