TERRIBLE SPUR SERVICE

A group of friends and I just came back from a Kleinmond weekend away. On the Sunday 13/3/2016 , we decided to have a bite to eat at GORDONS BAY SUNSET BAY SPUR STEAK RANCH. We sat down at our table at around 11:05. The waiter who was serving us, didn't give his name, wasnt terribly aware of what he needed to do, had to be reminded that we needed placemats and to take our drink orders. After 30 minutes of waiting for the waiter to come back with the drinks and take our food orders, of which some drinks still wasnt delivered to our table, we decided to ask the manager for a more competent waiter as we were extremely hungry by this time. After issuing us with a different waiter to take our food orders, again, we still didn't get all the food we had ordered. <br> <br> We sat at Spur for an 1 hour and 10 minutes and everybody at the table still hadn't received their respective orders and of the orders that were delivered, some were incorrect as well. We ordered the bill and left at 12:30. <br> <br> This was probably the worst service I have ever received from any food chain restaurant EVER. My friends and I unanimously agreed that we would never visit this or any spur again.
