TERRIBLE SERVICES FROM SPUR STEAK RANCH ILANGA MALL NELSPRUITALL

I have never seen such an apoling bad service.

1. After waiting almost 2 hours for a service one could understand the restaurant was busy but that's not acceptable.

2. All of the food came to us ice cold i guess we deserve to serve cold food

3. No cutlery was offered we had to go looking for condiments and cultery on the neighboring tables 4. This place doesn't deserve even the star that's how apoling this place it

5. The table sitting next to us the kids were even crying from hunger.

6. Even our order was not served completely
