Terrible Service – Waited Forever, Never Even Got My Food
Extremely disappointed with my visit to Hawk Ridge Spur. We waited 15 minutes just to place our order, then over 10 minutes for coffees to arrive. My daughter finished her entire breakfast before my food ever showed up — I had to flag someone down and ask where it was.
What made this worse is that the restaurant wasn't even busy — maybe 25% full at most. There's no excuse for service this slow when there's clearly enough staff-to-customer ratio to manage it properly.
Is this really the standard of service Spur wants to be known for? Based on this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering ever coming back.

Is this really the standard of service Spur wants to be known for? Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and my recommendation to everyone is simple: stay away from Spur. ref: CAS-***-R7B5C4
