TERRIBLE SERVICE SPUR FOURWAYS MALL!!!

I experienced the worst service yet at the Spur in Fourways mall. I went there to celebrate my birthday and told the waiters about 2 times before I sat that it was my birthday. The waiter who was serving us continued to ask if I had a card for the discount I said no. He didn’t even bother to tell me about the card etc. The service was pretty slow on that day which I understood because it was busy. I remained patient with the service understanding that it is busy. I then ask for the bill we finally pay and still wait another 30 minutes until I remind again and he said he forgot. I said I have told you since I got here and that point I had probably reminded him about 5 times. He says you can see it’s busy my sister there is nothing I can do I forgot. I mean there is never a time when a Spur is not busy but his response showed me zero care. Bare in mind I have never celebrated my birthday at Spur and I got my 3 year old son so excited for the moment only for it to never come because we had now been so patient waiting and had to leave. I was heart broken to say the least. Terrible terrible experience:(
