Terrible service - refuse to cater for my allergies

<p>I'm absolutely shocked at spur walmer. I told the waiter I'm allergic to oil and ask if they can substitute it for butter. The manager came to my table and told me sorry we cant do that we are to busy. So I told him cancel my order. He told me can we make the breakfast without eggs? Really must.I have my breakfast without eggs just because they cant meet my requirements. Im sorry but allergies should be taken seriously. To make matters worse the manager is outright rude. I never want to eat at spur again, not the first time I got terrible service. Last time the same manager screamed at the staff in front of the customers... very unprofessional</p>
