TERRIBLE SERVICE ON A RAINY DAY - AND IT WAS NOT EVEN BUSY!!

What would have been a nice quiet evening out turned out to be quite upsetting! On 20/11/2019, around 17h30, arrived at Spur Steak Ranch in Randfontein with my son. A very friendly waiter assisted us and showed us to a table, confirming that he will call this specific table's waiter. Well, at 17h53 with no waiter making his/her appearance, we left. Not even the Manager on duty or one of the other waiters tried to stop or assist us - believe me I was making a scene.

What used to be a family restaurant is now a place that I will avoid in future - and this is NOT the 1st time we have received **** service. In future, I will not recommend this restaurant to any family or friends.

By the way, we left and had dinner at Mugg & Bean where we treated from the moment we stepped into the place.
