Terrible service from Eldorado Spur Hillcrest waitress

I went into Eldorado Spur in Hillcrest around 10am with my friends and family for a breakfast playdate. I generally felt that compared to other spur stores this was the best in terms of food, cleanliness and great service.

Today I was proved completely wrong by an arrogant waitress INNOCENTIA (8) I strongly feel that there is alot to be desired from her disgusting service( giving the wrong orders out and then making us seem like we did the wrong thing / not apologizing when she completely forgot to bring one of the drinks for the kids / never bothered to ask if we needed anything to a point where we had to look for her if we needed anything/ she was also deliberately leaving added orders away from the person that ordered / whilst taking away the plates we were passing it over she took it in such an arrogant way/ not pleasant at all!! I called the manager nox and complained but I saw the waitresses reaction as I was still instore she was still arrogant and kept looking at us in this odd way.
