Terrible service Forest Hill Spur!!!1

<p>I went to the Spur Steakhouse at Forest Hill Centurion this evening and was so disgusted with the service. I will never set foot at that Spur ever!!! The staff are absolutely useless! It was meant to be a family supper but what a disastrous evening it was. We were moved 3 times to different seats. We waited 20 minutes before a waiter came to take our drink orders. The food was served ice cold. I absolutely hate cold food !!! I asked the waiter to heat up the food, took him more than 10 minutes, and the onion rings came back all burnt. i ordered for a meduim steak but was given an overcooked dry steak! We found a hair in the mushroom sauce but the manager explained that it was something from the mushroom which didnt make sense. The staff was more interested in cleaning up instead of checking on the customers. we had to wait for some time for the waiter to give us the bill. We had a voucher that we wanted to redeem and the lady said they were off line which somehow I didnt believe was the case. Our bill came to R1300 which was an absolute waste of money because all the food was taken away to be given to the dogs! </p> <p> </p>
