Terrible service at Spur Mo

I am dissapointed with the service i received at spur mountain view.i took my mum and grandma for late lunch.the waiter served food at abandoned us the whole time while we were there.we finished eating and waited for more then 30minutes.i had to raise my hand to the manager so that i can get the bill and a takeaway bag such service is very unacceptable
