Terrible service at Spur

Spur in monte casino, has terrible service, waited an hour to get starters, only after we had to approach the manager about our food did we start getting our food, and some of the food was cold. This is unacceptable service, and also some of our drinks still haven't come. The restaurant isn't very busy for the service to be this bad.
