Terrible service at Scottburgh

I am extremely disgusted at spur Scottburgh service. As regulars, we came to spur this morning and the service by the waiter was disgraceful. She is always rude, does not smile, and arrogant. Just took and threw the table mats on the table, put no effort whatsoever. We went in to order but didn't as we was so shocked at her behavior that she put our appetite off
