Terrible service and terrible spinach
<p>I buy my lunch everyday at Wykato Spur normally I order Nachos or a burger but yesterday I ordered your veggies which was pumkin and spinach which was absolutly devine. Today I called and requested the same when I opened the Sagex there was a puddle of water the water had sperated from the white sauce and left a mess. I asked the waiteress can this be correct it doesnt look fine. She just said it depends who cooks on the day. I then asked her to give me a different serving and seperated as the spinach is clearly not cooked right. She then brought me 2 servings and was upset that I told her I just called for 1 and 1 is what I wanted. I spend slose to R1000 a month at spur when I go out with Family or friends and It is the 1st time I suffer such embarresment. I am so dissapointed</p>

Thank you for your reply I was called by a junior manager on Saterday who advised that the senior manager will call me today to explain why I had to go through all that humiliation. Still awaiting their call

So I changed my rating to 2stars as Spur has called and apologised I need to just let it blow over as I still feel so upset for some reason I really feel that Spur needs to check their food even if it is take away that they serve their customers. Will I ever enter Wykato Spur again? I really dont know I am sure I will get over the humilation and move on.
