Terrible service

I never complained about spur. But last night was just terrible. I ordered from Red Hawk in Plumstead(which I ALWAYS do) I placed an order at 6:54pm and was told they busy so please collect at 7:20. I then arrived at 7:30pm and proceeded to pay and wait. at 7:45pm a gentleman walks in after me and collects his food. By 7:55 I AGAIN asked the manager on duty that I am waiting for 30 minutes for food I should've collected. I was so livid because when I got home my food was cold. Never again
