Terrible service

On Saturday myself nd my family walked into<br> your branch just before 5 for supper. You guys<br> were busy changing shifts,we were assisted<br> immediately with seating,orders were taken. We<br> received our beverages,we waited and waited<br> got to a point where my husband said let's<br> leave as we are waiting to long.The waiter who<br> was walking up and down seeing to his tables<br> that came in after us was quick to get the<br> manager and 15min later our food was<br> received. I'm disgusted we waited more than a<br> hour for our food,people that arrived after us<br> got their food before us and all the manager<br> said was I'm so sorry it's because of the<br> change of shift and I'm not working this side<br> but you will receive your food shortly. We had<br> to order more drinks by the time our food<br> arrived which was cold and not up to standard.<br> Thanks to your service I'm not sure I ever want<br> to eat at a spur branch again. Really<br> disappointed in the service as I was not even<br> compensated for the long wait.
