Terrible Service

Terrible Service from Mall of the South , the waiter forgot us the whole time. The drinks came after 15 minutes, our meals were completely forgotten we had to go to the till and ask when we getting our meals. People who came before us where getting their meals before us, it was my daughter's birthday I told the waiter so she could have the birthday song played for her and get a free ice cream , that was asking too much I guess because we didn't get the song and we only got the ice cream in a take away cup as we went to pay for the bill at the till because our waiter had forgotten about us and was having a lekker chat with his colleagues at the till. He didn't even apologies for his terrible service. To top it all off the was so much dirt under the table and the salt and pepper holder were sticky , I had to clean it with my own wet wipe.
