terrible service

<p> i booked my sons party for the 29 of july 2017 for 2.00 pm. for 20 kids and 10 ulduts .when we arrived the was no space receversed for us when i asked they showed us a small table which can fit about 10 kids. and no place for ulds, we had to ask for hair bends the food was taking too long to come kids couldnt even eat @ once i had to ask for another waitress from the floor manager for us to be assisted to to order.. to top it up when the party packs came some were short with one toy they told us no ballons were available... the service was just terreble not organised i had to remind them of everything that was needed , im just wondering why we need to book if we still go through all this nothing was prepared for us... </p>
