Terrible service

Appalooza Spur at Alzu Petroport on the N4 - Very poor welcome and service. We drove 4 hours and wanted to have a nice sit down meal for our family but instead, after waiting for a waiter to take our order, we have her our order 4 times and still she got it wrong. Instead of asking "excuse me", she asked us "you want what" - rudely. I then asked for another waiter as she didn't seem to understand basic English and has no clue of the menu or how to respectfully address a client. She then just vanished and no one else came to take our order. Eventually we stood up and left. No one even cared to ask why or to try and help. Seems this restaurant makes more than enough money and can afford to loose clients as they had no intention of assisting us at all. Worst experience ever.
