TERRIBLE NAUSEATING FOOD

California Spur in Westgate mall

Ordered from their take away counter at 13:57 on Mon 10/08/2020:

1. Wait was 30 minutes, only because my husband had walked up to a staff member (hostess seating people) to find out if it was our parcel waiting on the counter; 2. Got into the car with my long awaited meal and drove to the beach with my family to enjoy our lunch only to find: a) the roll was clearly stale (I could literally poke holes in it with my finger); b) the chips and onion rings were raw; colourless; oily and unseasoned; c) No seasoning or napkins were provided; and c) there was a chunk of the patty missing from the one burger. 3. In addition to the above: the internet services were allegedly off and I have to come back another day to load the points of today's transaction.

Bad service to say the least.

Understand that people take their hard earned money and want to enjoy a meal. Not wasting my airtime to call them or petrol to go back.
