Terrible, ********** very ******** service

<p>My bill came to R116.90 for a double meal I shared with my wife, but I gave the waiter a R400.00 as payment because at the back of my mind I was expecting a bigger bill except it was a "one free burger Mondays". Now this guy takes the R400.00 but only brings me back change for R200.00 after I had tipped him even. I turned back on my way home and went back to that Spur branch, when he saw me coming back he quickly went to the back and I asked one of the waitresses to call him. And I told him what had happened but denied it and yet he pulled notes from his pocket a hundred rand note and a two hundred rand (mine) which he claimed was the only note I gave him. My question is if he gave me my change back after having been to the teller why was the R200.00 note still in his pocket? The manager was watching from afar looking disinterested but eventually approached and half heartedly listen to my story and offered no solution. I had to guide him through the process in terms of how to handle the complain as if he was inadequately trained. I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Thato Baas ********** 333</p>
