TERRIBLE FOOD AT PASADENA SPUR - PAARL CENTRAL

Great customer service, Poor food. The ribs was tough and dry, I could barely slice through it, and was cold, the chips was not cooked through as it was still hard. T-bone steak was medium rare, we ordered medium, basting sauce seemed like it was brushed on and not caramelised, again, the chips was not cooked through. The kiddies cheeseburger was cold. Disappointed in the food we had last night. We decided to order waffles - but disappointed again as we were told they do not have waffles available.
