Terrible experience - Spur n1 city

<p>Myself, my mother and my son went to Spur at N1 city on Saturday morning (25 March 2017). Once we were seated it took the waiter 20 minutes to get to our table and take our order. We eventually ordered and our food came 30 minutes later. I ordered the ranch breakfast with side onions and coffee and my mom ordered the normal breakfast. We waited 15 minutes for our toast to come, the breakfast was cold and the side onions only came while our breakfast was almost done. Between the mushrooms on my plate was a peice of chicken wing, the eggs was supposed to be medium.... it was hard and ugly presented. I asked the waiter If i could see the manager and the manager never came to our table. I was so disgusted that I just asked for the bill and left. I took pictures from my phone of the breakfast (the eggs and the chicken wing between my food). The service was unacceptable and the food was unappetizing. </p>
